Your financial help enhances Sustainable Lafayette’s ability to provide Lafayette with the information, inspiration, tools, and assistance that facilitate the adoption of sustainable practices. Every dollar expands our ability to turn Lafayette into a truly sustainability community and an inspiring example for other similar communities in the area and around the country.

We keep our costs low by not having office space or full-time staff. 100% of your your donation supports our operational costs, programs, and projects such as the following:

Inspiring Events – sponsoring the annual Lafayette Earth Day Festival and Sustainable Sunday.
Green Schools – working with the local school district to identify green projects.
Green Transportation – helping residents learn about green transportation options.
Waste Diversion – a city-wide recycling campaign aimed at reaching a 75% waste diversion rate.
Leaf Awards – supporting local students to fund projects to make our community more sustainable.
